In-store pick-up orders must be retrieved within 21 days of recieving a pickup notification email. Reminder emails are sent after 7, 14, and 21 days. After 28 days, the order will be marked as abandoned, cancelled, and returned to inventory. For eligible items, a refund will be issued less a $10 restocking fee per order. Course packs, lab manuals and custom or special-order merchandise are final sale and non‑refundable.
